1. In the design process, it is necessary to design according to different processing materials, processing methods, and usage purposes. The difficulty lies in how to design a suitable functional structure to meet the different chip breaking requirements in blade processing.
2. In the manufacturing process, taking hard alloy cutting tools as an example, the core technology mainly consists of four sections: substrate material, groove structure, precision forming (including compression forming and sintering forming), and surface coating. 1) In the process of synthesizing matrix materials, the dissolution or leakage of the material is difficult to detect and needs to be controlled through specific technological means; 2) In the precision manufacturing process, due to the volume shrinkage of the product after sintering and the varying deformation variables in different parts, precise deformation control becomes the core difficulty. The impact force during extrusion molding and the time and temperature during sintering need to be strictly controlled; 3) In the coating process, how to control the uniformity of coatings with thicknesses as small as nanometers, ensure the adhesion and microstructure between multiple layers of coatings, all require core technologies.
3. In the application process, matching the machining performance of the blade with the material performance is also the core key to achieving the expected results of the product.
