12月6日至7日，北京海外学人中心联合雄安新区党群工作部共同举办“外籍人才雄安行”活动。河北省委雄安办副主任、雄安新区党工委委员王纪平，北京海外学人中心党委委员、副主任司鹏搏等有关负责同志出席活动，来自北京大学和清华大学的17名优秀国际青年代表参加活动。
From December 6 to 7, the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, in collaboration with the Xiong’an New Area Party-Masses Work Department, successfully hosted the “International Talents Xiong’an Tour”. Wang Jiping, Deputy Director of the Hebei Provincial Xiong’an Office and Member of the Xiong’an New Area Party Working Committee, and Si Pengbo, Deputy Director and Party Committee Member of the Beijing Overseas Talents Center, along with other officials, attended the event. 17 outstanding international youth representatives from Peking University and Tsinghua University participated.
在座谈会上，司鹏搏表示，中心致力于为青年人才创造良好的发展环境。近年中心举办北京国际青年创新发展论坛、京津冀国际青年人才“双百”对接会等活动，引导国际青年投身创新创业实践，希望青年们能讲好雄安故事，未来在雄安创新创业。
At the symposium, Si Pengbo highlighted that the Beijing Overseas Talents Center is committed to creating a favorable development environment for international youth talent. In recent years the center has hosted events such as the Beijing International Youth Innovation and Development Forum and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei GT²HR Recruitment Fair for Global Talents, guiding international youth talents to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship. He encouraged young talents to share Xiong’an’s stories and to consider innovating and starting businesses in Xiong’an in the future.
王纪平指出，设立雄安新区是党中央作出的一项重大历史性战略选择，是千年大计、国家大事。目前雄安新区已实现巨大蝶变，是中西合璧、绿色低碳、数字智能、幸福宜居、兼容并蓄的未来之城。雄安新区愿以开放的姿态吸引全球高层次人才来创新创业、共享机遇。
Wang Jiping emphasized that establishing Xiong’an New Area is a significant historical strategic decision made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, marking a millennium project and a national priority. Xiong’an has undergone tremendous transformation, becoming a city of the future that is a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western cultures, green and low-carbon development, digital intelligence, livability, and inclusiveness. The New Area welcomes high-level global talent to innovate, start businesses, and share opportunities with an open mindset.
雄安新区相关负责同志详细介绍了新区的科技和人才政策，外籍人才代表结合自身专业领域，就科技创新项目成果转化、人才引进与发展等问题与参会单位代表进行了交流研讨。雄安新区党群工作部、改革发展局相关负责同志，雄安新区科技型企业代表、雄安园区平台代表等参加活动。
Officials from Xiong’an introduced the area’s technology and talent policies in detail. International talent representatives, drawing on their professional fields, engaged in discussions with participating organizations on topics such as the commercialization of technological innovation projects and talent introduction and development. Representatives from the Xiong’an New Area Party-Masses Work Department, the Reform and Development Bureau, technology companies, and park platforms also participated.
活动期间，外籍人才一行实地参观了启动区综合服务中心、雄安人力资源服务产业园、北京林业大学雄安校区、东西轴线建设现场以及雄安中关村科技园等点位，全面了解新区的规划建设进展、人力资源服务工作等情况，亲身感受新区宜居宜业的城市环境。
During the event, the delegation visited several key sites, including the Startup Zone Comprehensive Service Center, the Xiong’an Human Resources Service Industrial Park, the Beijing Forestry University Xiong’an Campus, the East-West Axis construction site, and the Xiong’an Zhongguancun Science Park. These visits offered a comprehensive understanding of the area’s planning and construction progress, human resources services, and an immersive experience of its livable and business-friendly urban environment.
来自清华大学的Veronic表示，她对雄安的水系、绿化、城市规划等很感兴趣，想总结出其他城市可借鉴的经验，明年毕业后，她希望能留在中国发展。来自北京大学的Luke表示，通过参观雄安公共服务中心、商业、交通、教育等场地，感受到了雄安的创新氛围与发展目标，她对雄安成为可持续创新的前沿中心满怀期待，相信其能成为世界的榜样。
Veronic from Tsinghua University said that she wants to learn about the design and management of Xiong’an’s water system and greening, which is of great significance to students majoring in environment. She also hopes to deeply understand the principles of urban planning and construction here and explore what other cities can learn from. She will graduate next year and hopes to develop in China, combining her career with innovation and sustainability. Luke from Peking University said that through visiting sites such as the public service center, and urban commercial, transportation, and educational venues, he has felt the innovative atmosphere and development goals of Xiong'an. Everyone is full of hope and confidence that Xiong'an will become a cutting-edge center for sustainable innovation and believes it can set an example for the world.
未来，北京海外学人中心将密切联系雄安新区党群工作部，加强交流合作，吸引更多国际人才参与新区建设，共同打造新时代的创新高地和创业热土。
Looking ahead, the Beijing Overseas Talents Center plans to maintain close collaboration with the Xiong’an New Area Party-Masses Work Department, strengthening communication and cooperation to attract more international talents to participate in the area’s development. Together, they aim to create a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship for the new era.
